I don't have any of the below mentioned but a checking account. Do I need to have any of the following so that I can get approval for my I485?

I havenot received any FP notice till yet though I have got my 485 notice.
If I want to change the location of FP,can I do that?Because my project is getting over and I have to relocate to Texas from California.
If my FP test is scheduled for California,Can I apply for a change in location for Texas?

Bush said he wants to improve the working visas, I think the prority needs to offer to Canadians because Canadinas use the same language and education system, the distance is closer. We need to call all the senetors, the working visas.etc. need to go to Canadina citizens first.

I am about to switch to a new employer using AC21 and would work on EAD. I still have more than 2 years on my current H1B (i.e. I'm on 4th year right now).
Can I re-use my remaining H1B in case I need to in future? Because in case my I-485 gets a denial (which shouldn't be the case) I would be out of status!
My case:
sub-labor, 140 approved, I-485 pending for more than 1 year now.

In last conference call when some one asked about illogical order of processing
she asked him to file DHS 2007 with her office.
how about about 100+ people filing same DHS 2007? and tell her , illogical processing order is root of many many problems at USCIS.

All this inventory etc dosent make sense ,
Pending EB2 cases for china are around 2000 as per USCIS inventory .
but as per DOS Demand data its only 500 ..

This is just my opinion. If I were you, I will go to the Airport and see an Immigration Office and have it corrected.

If I remember correctly, if your I-140 is "approved" and if your I-485 is pending for more than 180 days, then it "should not" be matter whether your I-140 is revoked or not.
In your case, if you get RFE (what for????) , just send the AC21 letter and you will be fine.
Just my thought on this.
