No, see that's the problem. I can't figure out how to forward request to IP #2 to the server on the alternate ports.
It always goes to the server on port 80 (apache).
What I need to figure out is how to get the request on that 2nd IP to forward to the alternate ports (where the ruby server is running).

Fairly annoying really. In all my years visiting rumour sites, I've never got my hopes up about something only to learn that it was a fabrication by a singular person in the industry

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that adding hdmi to the box is more or less a marketing ploy rather than a necessity.
This is what alot of people believe but try and find a 1080p HDTV in the UK that can display 1080p from a source other than HDMI. All the major brands of HDTVs I looked at will only display a 1080p from HDMI although you can use component to display 1080i. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying a 1080p set though.

That's really my point.
The point could be more accurately said with something other than "this is Apple's Vista." If it was Apple's Vista, no one would be buying it.
When any naysayer decides to call virtually every product Apple produces since Vista "Apple's Vista," then the metaphor has jumped the shark.
But few Apple products in the last decade have had so many highly publicized issues as iPhone 4
We're also talking about iOS4 on the iPhone 3G here, not the iPhone 4.

Well, as I mentioned, I plan to get a machine of my own soon -- either a friend's iBook, or one of the PowerMac G4s (they're quite a good deal now). So looks like I won't have problems with Panther :). However, I asked a Mac reseller today whether I have to fork out the full price for Panther if I buy a new G4 now. They said "probably yes", because they are not aware of any rebates yet :(.

Would I notice any bump in speed for graphics programs? (My desktop has been reliable but occasionally quirky).I was using a 12" 1.33GHz PB and then got the 20" 2.0GHz iMacG5... I only do a mild bit of photoshop fiddling and I could notice a definite difference.
I love this machine, *sigh* I'm typing on it right now! I would definitely recommend it.

No. I still like the expos� and multitouch fluidity of Snow Leopard, and that keeps me from using Lion as my main os.
