I'd rather have T-Mobile than Verizon just because of costs. T-Mobile actually has decent plans compared to other cellular companies.

regarding tariffs: the problem isn't the important goods for the US: it's the lack of exporting goods
also a lot of the US car industry themselves is also heavily dependant on imported supplies as it can been seen since the japanese tsunami: quite a few of US brands had to stop some production lines (additionally to the japanese brands)

Either way I don't care what the end use is if the US army take apple on i'll be put of buying Apple stuff. It's purely political!

Or Microsoft. Or Linux. Heck, the Army uses almost everything you can think of. Including electronics from probably every company you've heard of.
While you're at it, better check the tags in your clothes. And don't eat boxed or canned or frozen foods either, those companies also make military rations.
As a child of the 50s and 60s, I sympathize with your politics. As an Army veteran, I can tell you that you're barking up the wrong tree. Fight the politicians who go to war, not the war materials or their users... because there are times that you will really need them, and need them to be the best.

The consumer market contains much more powerful development forces than defence procurement.
Waging wars in order to further technology is a very poor justification for killing lots of people and squandering billions in cash.
How do you know that that Sony prototype didn't come about as a result from work at UDC (funded by DARPA)?
Consumer forces made flight widespread. Military forces make flight feasible. Hitler's minions didn't invent the jet engine and solid booster to deliver packages and orbit weather sensors. Intercontental flight was made widespread after we decided to work on carring warheads across the ocean vs ppl. In 1940's who woulda funded a massive manhatten project to see if we can make it heat up some water...theoretically. The need for computer networks to survive a nuclear war now enable's us to read eachother's posts and take advantage of the consumerism on top of this web page.

Online delivery is lower price than the physical artifact because it COSTS LESS. Interestingly the net $ to the publisher is HIGHER with online despite the fact target and Wal-Mart sell at loss leader prices.
These facts means future CD/DVD artifact sales will be slight premium propositions and will of course remain valid for a long time.
BUT online sales should not only take a big market share, but ADD customers from people which are convenience oriented or physically away from a big box retailer.
Besides it is inevitable.

I agree. The Intel 3000 isn't as bad as people make it out to be. If you want to play games, don't bother with an Air. A computer is a tool. If it can't perform the function that you want it to (aka gaming), then why buy it? It's function over form. Not the other way around.
ULV Intel 3000, which is the one that would have to go into Air, if it goes at all, is quite a bit weaker than the regular I3000. Also, why wouldn't people bother with MBA if they want to play games? Current MBA is more than fine for playing many games. It has performance that matches or exceeds X360 and PS3 with any multiplatform game I've tried.

Computers and phones isn't the same thing. I could see them doing it with the iPad since its a computer but I honestly can't see them doing it with the iPhone. Might they change the size of the screen for the next iPhone? Yes. Will they sell two models with different screen sizes? No.

Wow this is big! I'm not sure but hasn't it been like forever since Mac had 5% marketshare? Over 5% must put them in the top 5 pc makers? Maybe top 3? This is already huge growth, if they get to 10% or more look out!

I'm a bit confused, because, I can't update the EFI ... I strictly followed the instructions. Poweron while holding the power button... then some secondes after speed flashs of the led (I mean stroboscopic) and then just a long BIIIIIP and normal boot after that ...

Who the hell are you to judge my choices and decide i've made poor choices? Do you know my circumstances? No. Maybe i live in my parents house, maybe i don't go to a university but a community college instead. No dorms at community colleges. I live 20 minutes away from it. Going to NYC for the launch party! My friend reserved me a black 3DS at a gamestop near his college(and a blue one for himself), but after we pick that up, we're going to Nintendo World Store for the launch party(hopefully it will still be bouncing after we pick up our 3DS elsewhere. I'm planning to camp out so my friend and I can get it quickly and move to Nintendo World Store
