You would trademark a logo and business name. If some one already has that trademark for the industry then you can't trademark it.

That article is rather inaccurate. The Killzone footage was pre-rendered, for one� the graphics of both consoles will not be too terribly different, save on exclusives.
Nobody knew that at the time that article was written. After E3 05 Sony had everyone believing the PS3's graphics were a bazillion times superior, even IGN and G4.

airtunes (airplay). there are a few options for all in one speakers, not really sure what's available yet, not really cheap though. (don't think any of these (http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/news/comments/ihome-debuts-more-airplay-speakers-iw2-iw3-join-iw1/) are available yet)
or you could do multiple airport expresses and plug speakers into them. would let you set up several speakers around the room and so they are all at low volume.
airfoil (http://www.rogueamoeba.com/airfoil/) - similar to airtunes, but gives you a bit more flexibility.

Quicken from Intuit and FileMaker Pro are the ones that I use most often. Really hate to admit this but Entourage that comes with Office 2004 has been very stable.

Yours look fine. I've replaced caps on about 12 iMac G5 systems and they are usually VERY obvious when they go bad. By that I mean electrolyte spewing out of the tops. Out of those 12, 9 of them worked again after replacing the caps, so if that does happen your odds are pretty good that it can be fixed.

will that fix the issue message that I keep getting? When I boot to the desktop it always says " restart" with a error message that looks like a shutdown button..
it will sure fix it if the kernel panics were caused by overheating, which is likely, i would give it a shot, if that doesnt fix it then you know that the problem lies somewhere else!

I can assure you, at $70, the A Jays Fours are no where near "higher end".
My default set of IEMs is the Klipsch x10i. I have yet to find anything as punchy and detailed and simultaneously comfortable. They put the A Jays Fours to shame.
They CANNOT be compared. Two totally different IEM's. Two totally different prices.

Use PithHelmet version 0.7.3. The latest versions don't work well. Always crashing, slowing down safari... ugh.
I tried it and still no joy; it actually crashed sooner than when I used the latest version. Oh well.

Well that would be a huge list. For what you need you can a decent Canon cheapy. Now some folks are buying DSLRs that can do HD. Just a lot more work on the process from shooting to finishing/output.

Agreed, I had missed what the app was about. I don't see anything in the desired feature list that can't be implemented as a plain old mobile-optimized website. Basically all a native app would be doing anyway is retrieving that information from the web and displaying it in a webview.
If you need a book to point you in the right direction, pick up Programming the Mobile Web (http://oreilly.com/catalog/9780596807795). Apple also has some resources of their own here: http://www.apple.com/webapps/
